Be Respectful

Strictly No smoking in the Cabins. Please smoke outside and please do not litter the grounds with cigarette butts. Pets are welcome. Please respect the privacy of other guests and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10 p.m. and midnight with absolute quiet between midnight and 8 a.m.

Safety

Open fires and barbecues are not permitted We reserve the right to ask you to leave the park if the behaviour of any member of your party is unacceptable to us.

Please keep Barbecues a safe distance ( 5 metres) from the Cabins.

Admission

Management reserves the right to refuse admission. Failure to observe the above conditions will result in immediate cancellation of the contract and clients will be requested to vacate the Camp Site. We will not be responsible for any additional cost incurred by the client as a result of this action. We reserve the right to require guests who contravene these terms and conditions or, who in any other way are behaving in a manner likely to cause distress or nuisance to visitors or management, to leave the site immediately.

Children

Children are the responsibility of their parents or guardians and must be supervised by an adult over the age of 18 all times.

Booking Conditions

1. Full payment is required to confirm accommodation. Your booking is not considered confirmed until we are in receipt of your payment. 2. Please do not send cash through the post/mail, we accept paypal, bank transfer (ask for details) or payment via postal order. Please make postal order payable to Ross Wells. 3. Cancellations must be made within the cancellation period. The cancellation period is within 2 days of arrival. If notice of cancellation is not received by the required date, we will charge one night's accommodation. 4. The number of persons stated on the BOOKING FORM must not be exceeded without express permission. 5. Check in time is 3pm. Persons arriving late should advise in advance. Check out on the day of departure is 10AM. 6. We are not responsible for any loss of valuables during your stay. 7. Please bring your own bed linen and towels for your stay. 8. The balance of payment is due on arrival. 9. Please read the site rules prior to booking
